Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship all products by United Parcel Service (UPS) within three workdays of order placement, and by the option of your choosing. Though rare, the carrier occasionally impedes shipments. Lord & Cliff cannot be responsible for shipments delayed by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. You must make requests for cancellation within 12 hours of order placement; otherwise, we will assess a cancellation fee of $15.00 or 10% (whichever is greater). We will also assess a cancellation fee against Website orders if the order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, you refused the package on delivery or no one was there to accept shipment.
